Shipping policy

We make every order to order, and we deliver it ourselves.

Every order is made by hand in our Dubai kitchen and delivered in our own refrigerated van — never handed to a third-party courier. This keeps the chocolate at temperature from the moment it's made to the moment it reaches your door.

Next-day delivery across Dubai

We deliver across Dubai, Monday to Saturday.

– Order before 2pm GST: delivered the next day
– Order after 2pm GST: delivered the day after
– Sunday is our day off. Orders placed Saturday after 2pm or anytime Sunday will arrive on Tuesday.

Delivery windows

Our van runs between 11am and 7pm. You will receive a WhatsApp message on the morning of delivery with a tighter window. If you need a specific time, mention it in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate.

Delivery fees

– All Dubai areas: AED 25 flat
– Free delivery on orders over AED 250

Cold chain

Our van is temperature-controlled. Chocolate is carried at 16–18°C, macarons at 4–6°C, and the rest of the catalogue at the appropriate storage temperature. Once delivered, please store products as indicated on the packaging.

Outside Dubai

We currently only deliver within Dubai. For Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, or other emirates, please WhatsApp us — we can arrange custom delivery on a case-by-case basis for larger orders. We are working on expanding our service area; updates will be announced on the homepage.

Failed deliveries

If we arrive at the address provided and cannot complete the delivery (no one available to receive, incorrect address, gate access refused), we will return the order to cold storage and reattempt on the next operating day at no additional charge. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and a partial refund issued (less delivery cost). Please double-check your address and ensure someone is available to receive.

Holidays and special periods

During UAE public holidays, Ramadan, and Eid, delivery schedules may be adjusted. We will communicate any changes via email and on our homepage. Orders placed during these periods may take one to two additional days.
