Because every order is made to order in our Dubai kitchen, our refund policy is tied to when production begins.
Cancellations before production starts
If you cancel your order before 2pm GST on the day you placed it, we will issue a full refund. No ingredients have been allocated, no production has started. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Cancellations after production starts
Once production begins — at 2pm on the day of the order — we cannot offer a refund. By that point, the chocolate has been tempered, the macarons have been piped, the spreads have been jarred. The ingredients are committed to your specific order.
Quality issues
If you receive your order and there is a quality issue — melted chocolate, damaged macarons, products not as described, packaging damage that affects the food — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will either replace the affected product on the next delivery day, or issue a refund for the affected items, at your preference.
We take quality seriously. If something isn't right, we want to know.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive, please see our Shipping & Delivery policy. After two failed attempts, the order will be cancelled and a partial refund issued (less delivery cost).
How refunds are issued
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For Tap Payments transactions, processing time depends on your card-issuing bank.
