Our Story

Layers was born between journeys, memories, and a deep love for exceptional chocolate.

One of us spent years flying across the world, returning to Dubai with chocolates discovered in Paris, New York, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney, each one carrying a story, a feeling, a moment worth bringing home. The other spent more than 16 years inside one of the world’s most renowned chocolate maisons, surrounded by some of the finest pastry chefs and culinary talents across the globe.

Together, we shared one thought:
Why should unforgettable chocolate only exist somewhere else?

So we created Layers.

A trend-forward chocolate brand born in Dubai, inspired by travel, craftsmanship, and the new generation of indulgence. Every bar is crafted in small batches using carefully sourced ingredients and the kind of attention that cannot be rushed.

Our collection is designed in layers too ; timeless signatures that stay, alongside limited creations inspired by seasons, travels, moods, and moments. Some become classics. Others appear only once.
